Welcome to my world.
My name is Alex Crouch and I am an artist and photographer based in Bournemouth on the South Coast of England, although I am very fortunate to be able to spend a part of my time in foreign lands and alien worlds.
I have the greatest passion in all things both beautiful and amusing that both capture my imagination and remind me how I felt the first time I put pencil to paper and attempted to describe the world around me.
I work with a camera that never seems to leave my side and a pencil that is far too worn to be of any real use, but I enjoy every day and hope that you find a few of the things that make the world a better place, leaving with a smile.
I shoot using mainly Sony DSLRs for the majority of my work and a small Sony Cybershot to capture those precious little moments that might otherwise go un-noticed, as I find these small cameras indispensible and so easy to use.
I enjoy having the freedom to be able to express my thoughts and share how the world would be if only we saw it through the eyes of the inner child within us all.
